I am Michael.  

Michael Clark Stewart was born at 3:00 AM on Thursday December 6, 1984 in Miami, FL. After enjoying the weather for a mere 8 months, Michael was whisked away to colder climates. Phillip James Stewart, Sr. and Patricia Faye Stewart moved to him to Charlotte, NC where he did spend the remainder of his years, thus far. Consider this the teaser to Everybody wants to be Like Mike or some other catchily titled autobiography.

Aside from the honesty mentioned on the home page, the next most important thing one should know about me is that I am madly in love with Jennifer-Leigh Edwards Zartman.  I could never express this sufficiently with words, and I am not sure that I could communicate our love even without the restrictions of vocabulary and speech.  I am going to dedicate a substantial portion of this site to her memory.  Jenny and I grew together, learned together, cried together, lived together, and loved together.  We met half-way through our 6th grade year at Piedmont Open Middle School.  We went to different High Schools for our freshman year, then I transferred to hers, Harding.  We started "going out" May 21, 2000.  On October 27, 2005, we were engaged to be married on June 3, 2007.  Very early on August 5, 2006 (shortly after midnight), Jenny was killed in a car accident because a car was driving in the wrong direction on I-40 East outside of Wilmington.  We died together.  Nothing, and no one has ever had as much of an effect on me as Jenny and her love, and I doubt anything or anyone ever will (take this as a challenge, I guess).  This brief mention of Jenny does no justice to her or to our relationship.  I am working on a Jenny page , so feel free to check it out.
